USA SHIPPING POLICY

For all orders shipped to USA addresses, we ship by USPS and UPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and your location. For customers shipping by Ground method, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing orders. Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day and Two-Day Shipping) is available to mainland USA customers only. 

Please Note: All orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same business day. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If your order fits all authorization criteria, then your order will ship on time. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimated by USPS and UPS, once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control over any delays caused by USPS and UPS.

*If the wrong shipping address is provided with your order we are not responsible for your package being delivered to the incorrect location. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Allow 7-9 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 days for delivery.

For International Shipping, we offer FedEx and DHL as our shipping options. Please allow additional time for your package to reach its destination. Please note that we don’t do address changes for packages shipping to any International destinations. Your shipping charge and service will vary based on weight and the country of destination. Depending on delivery restrictions in your country, note that shipping options may vary and not all shipping methods may be available.

Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from FedEx and your local customs department. Private Stock Labs is not responsible for any of these costs.

We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

For International Customers who opt not to pay the costs of additional fees (such as taxes, duty, brokerage or the like) for receiving the product, we reserve the right to withhold the payment made for the original purchase and delivery of the product.

International rates apply to products shipping to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
