Due to the nature of the product, all disposable mask sales are considered FINAL SALES, and cannot be returned or exchanged.  In the instance that an order is mispacked or shipped incorrectly, Private Stock Labs will ensure those mistakes will be remedied and the correct original order will be fulfilled.

Private Stock Labs is based and ships out of New York City.  All orders received before 3:00 PM EST, on standard business days (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped out on the same day.  Customers may select between USPS, UPS, and FEDEX for their orders.  For estimated shipping times - please check the USPS/UPS/FEDEX chart based on shipments from New York City to the final destination.  Depending on the final destination and shipping service selected,, the transit time is usually between 1-5 business days after the package has been picked up.
