Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and safety reasons, we DO NOT offer a refund or exchange on our masks. If you want to check for fit and sizing,  please go to our product and FAQ pages for more fitting information.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unsuccessful delivery


We will send you an email after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. If you cannot be reached for re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, your order will be considered as canceled.


Refunds


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  It usually takes 3-5 business days for the bank or credit card company to process the transaction and reflect the credit on your account.
